We understand uncontrollable changes in the travel industry and personal matters arise so your travel plans may have to change. With that in mind, Runabouts Shuttle has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our 801-298-0300 number, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, Runabouts Shuttle will not refund payment if our shuttle service is not cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

Runabouts Shuttle will not guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the following:

1. All travel connections.
2. Loading or unloading passengers.
3. Any delays due to conditions beyond the control of Runabouts Shuttle. Including any of the following; road conditions, weather, traffic, construction detours or vehicle breakdown beyond control of Runabouts Shuttle’s. If any of these conditions should occur and if Runabouts Shuttle is unable to provide that transport, only the cost of the Runabouts Shuttle fare will be refunded or applied. Runabouts Shuttle will not be held liable for the cost of any other transportation that is not provided by Runabouts Shuttle service. Runabouts Shuttle will not assume liability for any flight delay if any of the above should occur.
4. If your flight is cancelled or delayed contact our office at 801-298-0300 as soon as possible.
5. Runabouts Shuttle will not be responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger.
6. Lost and found items will not be kept after 30 days.
7. All 24 hour service available with prior reservation only.
